Sister Dear by Laura McNeill; Thomas Nelson ISBN 9780718030926

After serving ten years in prison for a crime she says she didn’t commit, Allie Marshall has now been released on parole. She was a single mother of a five year old and headed for medical school when she was convicted of murder. She desperately wants to clear her name and to reconnect with her daughter. Sister Dear, a novel by Laura McNeill, is a fast moving psychological thriller. Risking her freedom, Allie doesn’t give up trying to find out the truth about what happened on that life changing night ten years ago. What she finally does learn is shocking.
The complex characters in this engrossing story are well drawn. Tension builds slowly, keeping the reader on edge until the end. I found this to be a well written novel. Highly recommended.

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookLook Bloggers book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own
